Return Policy
Thank you for your Five Birdies purchase. We take pride in our products and hope you love them just as much as we do! When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right.
We will gladly accept returns for a refund of the item’s price (excluding shipping) as long as the item is in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. All returns must be made within 14 days of the date your package is delivered.
Holiday Returns
Shirts purchased from Nov 7, 2025 to Dec 24, 2025 can be returned through January 7, 2026
TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS:
- Please first email us at info@fivebirdies.com with the order number, name from the original order, and item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock. Please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate an exchange on your order!
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Merchandise in our sale section is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale will be indicated in the product description.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders cannot be accepted for returns and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All sales are final on international orders.
PLEASE NOTE: For all returns and exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to an error made by Five Birdies. Five Birdies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please retain the tracking number for your order and returns.
