Every item is satisfaction guaranteed, or you may return it for a refund of the item’s price, excluding shipping.
WITH ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
- Items must be mailed back within 14 days of invoice date and must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Merchandise in our sale section is final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale will be indicated in the product description.
- All sales are final on international orders.
- Custom orders cannot be accepted for returns and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
Due to our limited inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item you are wanting to exchange for will be in stock. Please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate an exchange on your order!
NOTE: For all returns and exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to an error made by Five Birdies. Five Birdies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please retain the tracking number for your order and returns.
